IMPORTANT!

Dear Applicants,
If the consular officer is busy with a visitor or a phone conversation, the system does not produce a “busy” signal. The call continues to ring, while the incoming call is displayed on the officer’s monitor.
If your call is not answered, this does not mean that there are no staff present, but that the officer is occupied with another applicant.
In such cases, please call again after some time.
Calls are accepted only from identified numbers. Calls from hidden numbers are not processed by the Embassy’s telephone system.
